Our Compliance Officer, Luzia Assis, represented the company at the II ABRAIDI Forum, hosted by the Brazilian Association of Importers and Distributors of Health Products, on april 25th 2019 in SP.

At this year’s event, the 2nd edition of the publication “The Cycle of Supply of Health Products in Brazil” was launched, with updated numbers of the import and distribution sector, as well as the distortions that plague the entire Brazilian health system.

In addition, the II ABRAIDI Forum addressed issues of utmost importance to the entire healthcare product supply chain in Brazil, such as SUS problems and potential solution paths, exemption from ICMS for healthcare products, contracting, processing DMI’s, as well as a special lecture on the economic and political outlook for Brazil over the next 2 years.
